MIDNIGHT ARRIVING "Conditional Invitation" Policy
MIDNIGHT ARRIVING is a privately owned website. Access is offered to the general public, with reasonable mind to safety, on a "Conditional Invitation" basis. While users may register, view, and participate in the platform, stories, and associated tools, the invitation may be revoked from any user for any reason.
The Invitation
All human users that do not possess outward and malicious discriminatory beliefs towards historically marginalized peoples (including race, sex, gender, orientation, expression, etc) are welcome to involve themselves in MIDNIGHT ARRIVING's platform and story after reasonable process. For as long as a user remains in good standing, and maintains good faith interactions with the moderation team, platform, and associated community, their invitation extends to as long as the user wishes to remain. With continued membership comes reasonable enforcement and protection under MIDNIGHT ARRIVING's associated platforms and community, as well as reasonable hospitality.
TLDR: Act in good faith, do not be bigoted, and you are welcome.
The Conditions
By registering with MIDNIGHT ARRIVING's forums and participating in associated community, a user assumes accountability for their actions and associations. A user's membership and invitation may be rescinded for violations of both the word and spirit of the rules. In addition, acting in bad faith, no matter the context, may result in removal or probationary action. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand all terms of registration.
Should a user have their membership and invitation rescinded, appealing such a decision comes with a reasonable waiting period, as well as the user providing evidence of change. Returning to the platform and community is not a right, as the initial olive branch of trust has been violated, and is not a guarantee. Individual users do not have an inalienable right to remain on MIDNIGHT ARRIVING's platform and community, especially in violation of the spirit and word of rules, or good faith.
