The Emergency Coalition
The EMERGENCY COALITION is considered a 'framework government' providing infrastructure and logistical access to all allied societies in MIDNIGHT ARRIVING. It is a famously well-regarded institution that emerged as a result of unanimous freeman vote after the dissolution of the Thousand Year Empire. It is known for its DIPLOMATIC CORPS, MEDICAL RESPONSE PODS, and EXTERMINATOR CELLS. Though a largely benevolent institution, its EXTERMINATION CELLS may hold permission to conscript, depending on location, in times of emergency.

The Sol Flotilla
The SOL FLOTILLA is the remnant human government from SOL. According to Human records, it traces its beginnings back before the destruction of Sol, where Human rebels fought back against their own despotic government. In modern times, the Sol Flotilla is a meritocratic government whose specific legal structure depends on the ship. It is renowned for its patchwork ENGINEERS and gifted CRYOGENIC LIFE SCIENTISTS. It is the most recent member of the Sol Flotilla.
